Maynard began her management career in 1990 with McDonalds
Corporation after attending Ball State University, majoring in
business management. Her leadership style moved her successfully
through the levels of management at McDonalds. Maynard also
worked in the ministry before becoming the director of
operations for the Community Health Initiative.
